Now, now, Skippy, this is a proposed law in one state in India (and the one with the lowest literacy rate). The laws is proposed by a women's empowerment group and will likely be laughed away. If it does become law, the police would not enforce it, as they commonly ignore wife beatings now...
Hey, I'm not worried. However you & Pooter should hope this idea doesn't catch on in Iowa.
