Happy Earth Day!

Mother Earth will appreciate you walking or riding a bike when you go out in search of the perfect Reuben.

Earth Day factoids:
- First celebrated on March 21, 1970. Thanks to the people of San Francisco for giving us another reason to party!
- UN follows San Francisco's lead on March 21, 1971.
- Earth Day should fall on the March Equinox. For all you science majors the equinox is when there are an equal number of daylight and non daylight hours. Apparently ancient people found this day to be of great importance so they spent a lot of time and energy getting dolled up, going to parties and throwing virgins into wells. Thankfully those days are over. In modern times the masses celebrate Earth day in their pajamas with a six pack, Asian take out and one hand on the remote.
